Speaker Fix is a speaker cleaning and audio testing toolkit. It has no accounts, no ads, and no analytics. We do not collect, store, or sell personal data. Sounds are generated and played on your device, and microphone audio is analyzed in real time on your device only.
The Decibel Meter asks for microphone access to measure ambient sound levels. Audio is processed live on your device to calculate a loudness reading. It is never saved for later use, uploaded, or shared. You can deny or revoke the permission at any time in your device settings; only the Decibel Meter needs it.
The app keeps a few settings on your device: whether onboarding is complete, your light/dark theme choice, and how many times each tool has been used. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
On iPhone and iPad, optional premium access is sold through Apple's App Store and managed with RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, transaction details, and device type and OS version so your purchase can be verified and restored. Payment details are handled by Apple and are never shared with us. Apple's privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy.
The Android version is currently free, with no in-app purchases and no third-party SDKs that collect data. It is distributed through Google Play, whose own privacy policy applies to your Play account: policies.google.com/privacy.
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, location, photos, files, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics.
Speaker Fix does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
If a future version changes any of the above (for example, adding purchases on Android), this policy will be updated before that version is released, with a new effective date above.
